Please note deposits are non refundable. Your deposit will go towards your claims. Full payment of remaining balance is due within 24 hours of receiving my dm letting you know your listing is ready for checkout on my website. Typically I have invoices done by 3pm EST the following day after a live sale.  If not paid as agreed your claims will be released and not issued a refund. So please only commit to what you can follow through on. I try to be as fair as possible but this is still my business and there needs to be rules and procedures in place.
