Damages & Issues 

We strongly encourage you to purchase shipping insurance at check out. HL Wilde, LLC take all precautions to ensure safe arrivals of your fragile items.  However, if you don’t purchase shipping insurance, I can’t  control nor take responsibility for any damage during shipping. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately with a issue. If an item you ordered is missing or if you received the wrong item, I will evaluate the issue and make it right.
